  1. Once access is granted to a client to view online workout content, refunds will not be granted. This policy is strictly enforced.
  2. If you purchased a program/subscription in error, or have been diagnosed with an unexpected health condition, please email j.wright89@live.com immediately to discuss postponing your subscription to a later round or possible alternatives. Please note additional fees for alternative programming may apply.
